Is it the first pee of the morning? If so, that pee can be very concentrated; it shouldn't really be brown (as in a regular medium brown). If it's the 1st pee, next time take a camera or cell w/ you and take a piccie of it so that you can show the vet. If you can get a sample, great. Her other pees sound like a good color.
