I see you are from Bear DE....so am I. I live around the Lums Pond area. My little one came from a back yard breeder and was also retired. I snapped her up when was 7 years old. While she wasn't physically abused she was horribly neglected. She'll be 13 yrs in a few months and she is quite the diva now.
Have you checked on Petsfinder? I found Brandi through a friend who did volunteers through the local animal shelter. Have you tried calling breeders and just asking them if they had any females ready for retiring? I know someone else who did this and she ended up with a male yorkie. |
