Hi,

We have a 17 week yorkie and he had his last shots a week ago therefore we are slowly taking him outside. He likes being outside (we live in an apartment) but he has yet to go #1 or #2 outside. He waits until we bring him inside then he runs on the wee wee pad and urinates. How can we teach him to both urinate outside and also inside?

Also, I taught him how to sit, but it's hard to teach him how to Stay, and sometimes when I want him to come to me, when I reach down to grab him he seems to run away (as if he was playing), how can I stop that?
