I would worry about bowel obstruction, even if they are small perhaps with fluids in the intestine, they can swell and block any small stricture in the intestine your dog might have. Perhaps if you take your baby in to the vet now, they can use an endoscope and get them out of the stomach. Otherwise if they block from waiting until they pass from the stomach, it would likely require surgery.
