 Will not give me AKC papers
We perched a expensive Yorkie with the codation that we would not get the AKC papers untill we had her spaded. We had her spaded and sent the brearder the proff of spad and she replad she would send them as soon as she had time! That was two monts ago. She will not communicate with us after Manley request. What should I do? |
