 Update on Oreo
Vet went great! Oreo was seeming better when I went in with her and the vet said she had a slight fever and was most likely a cold or an allergy, unsure. She did x-rays and didn't see any blockage or anything else to worry about. I took her back home with an anti-emetic and antibiotics. She did good for the day and then last night she began the retching and vomiting mucous again. I am calling the vet again now because when I went in she wasn't doing it so it was only my description. She is so sweet and it breaks my heart to see her so tired and so down. I do have a theory kind of off-kilter and I was wondering if anyone has had this as an issue. I kept trying to think back to the day it started and if there was anything that she got into or changed. The only different thing is that I used a different laundry soap. I will tell the vet as well when I call but I am so confused on what is going on. The antibiotics she gave me is: 50 mg Metronidazole daily and Cerenia. |
