I'm so sorry your Callie is having tummy problems. There seems to be IBS common with Yorkies from what I can tell. Or acid reflux as mentioned above. Is Callie's dish up off of the floor? Please let us know what your vet said. The vet really needs to diagnose so she can get the correct meds for the problem. Pepto helps the symptoms but may be covering up another issue.
