Poor Archie, it is bad enough to have dentals and extractions without a nasty cough too. Usually they intubate and I know my dog had throat problems after dentals. Luckily that goes away fairly soon. I wonder if he could have symptoms of KC so soon after the vet visit, if he did contract it there?
Perhaps a call to the vet would ease your mind?
