It is probably something benign.
Lab work is always good.
Xrays are good.
Bile acids testing in yorkies is never wrong even with normal liver values.
Has she been overeating or is the weight gain out of nowhere?
Ellie's xray looked fine except for a bit of a large mediastinum.
We didn't go to endoscopy bc her symptoms went away with diet change (tends to happen with homecooked food probably bc of one or more ingredients and maybe the moisture, BalanceIT, and some other irritating powders). Kibble and kibble with sweet potato works for her.
She does have a liver problem. No idea if it is related.
