Oh my gosh - she is beautiful! The OP was right, they pull the hair out from the inside - when you take her to your vet for her first check up, ask them to check the ears - my vet did Izzy's ears for me because she had a lot of hair in the ears. As far as her ears standing up, yes, you will want to trim the hair from the tips if you want her ears to stand. Our Jack's ears stand and I did tip them but Izzy's flop over. I think they are cute both ways. Congrats on your little bundle. She is gorgeous!
