OMGoodness!!! I have been sewing regularly now for about 12 years and I have more scraps that I want. LOL The good thing is I bought organizers so everything is organized by color and I love it that way!!
What I do with scraps is I usually use them to test stitch designs like if I'm using a special stitch. I use the fabric to practice on to see how it will look on the fabric and make sure I have it set up correctly. Now I don't very often have many scraps. If I do have extra fabric, I also make outfits for American Girl style dolls. That usually uses up most of it. I have to have excess fabric as it means I overspent and wasted $$. I'm Dutch and we don't like waste of any kind. LOL
