I did alittle searching on FB cause I know of the family. She is definitly Cocker and a little bit of a mix. Below are pictures that I found of the dad, mom, and her with a much larger litter mate.

Thanks again for the help.. we have decided to call her Mylee..

Im assuming the red cocker in the chair is the mom.
