Can you trust the breeder on the age of this baby? Get chicken or lamb baby food....turkey can give them diarrhea....If he eats chicken baby food, that will work until you can get him transitioned onto either on very finely chopped boled chicken mixede in with puppy food, and then onto kibble softened with warm water. Get goats milk for him to drink....cut it with Pedialyte, 50/50, and warm it a little like you would an infant. You can use this to soften the kibble, and you can mix it with the canned puppy food to make it more moist. Offer the milk from a shallow saucer and let him drink as much as he wants to keep him hydrated.
