Hello and welcome to YT. I just read somewhere on another post to put the food and water on a flat surface, like a plate or a bowl lid. That may help. I hope you have Nutrical or some equivalent for low blood sugar. With your baby not eating, I would be extremely worried about him becoming hypoglycemic. I also read that you can feed them a bit of baby food, which it sounds like you did. I would not feed him any more milk unless it is goats milk - I believe that goats milk is better digested than cow milk.
I would take some of his kibble and wet it with either water or mix it in with some of the baby food and if he still does not eat off the plate, feed him off your finger. Your baby needs to eat something. Good luck and maybe others will chime in with some other suggestions.
