I only do one thing to prepare for Skype:
Wear a modest top (that has full coverage of cleavage)
When I skype, I tend to lean forward towards the monitor and camera. When that happens, the other person can practically see down my shirt. That's embarrassing. I make sure my top covers everything, or button up higher on my shirt.
