Even if the whole thing is true, I would say, that other things need to be addressed, such as does the town have enough low cost spay and neuter clinics? Finally, what rescue would allow these dogs to be placed without being spayed and neutered; this most certainly needs to be done. This thread address so much more than one Yorkie with hypoglycemia.

AGREED Some people are questioning why I am questioning something that does not seem normal. It's not about the OP it's the situation that is alarming. Period.
