Maybe you could have someone make a little "vest harness" with a D ring to attach her ID. Get her microchipped if she hasn't been already. Usually tags are needed at dog parks, but your baby is much too young to be walking anywhere except her own turf. Not even in pet stores or Vet. offices. Use a crate at the Vet. and the cart at any pet shops. (Bring a thick blanket or pad for her to sit on in the cart).
