Callie wears a collar with her tags on it all the time except when she is taking a bath. To many story's of pups getting out and not having tags on for me. You should get her used to wearing a collar while she is a puppy or she wont tolerate it when she is an adult. In my opinion wearing a harness all the time is equal to wearing a bra all the time but wearing a collar all the time is equal to wearing a necklace all the time.
