Before anyone yells at me I KNOW that small dogs should wear harnesses. That's not my question :-) My question is how many of you have your dog wear a collar too? Obviously the collar would be for the dog tags and NOT for walking. Or do you just attach the dog tags to the harness? I know that you should not let your dog wear the collar or harness all the time due to risks but I live in an apartment and my land lady says she HAS to wear a collar with her dog tag on it at all times. Well she is 16 weeks and I'm not making her wear a collar yet because shes too tiny. I don't even have a dog tag for her yet because I have nothing to attach it to. So do you guys just attach the tags to the harness? I don't really know what to do. *sighs* thanks
