With you...ok, but, given the preponderance of personalities, both in our Dogs and Us, underlying favoritism must be a major contributor .
My Male Sneakers, is absolutely the most "aloof" Dog I've ever had, and My Junior Male Ichabod is not far behind him. When approaching Sneakers, like taking his head between my hands, and getting nose to nose with him for a kiss. He will turn his head away, resisting contact, but I can see his tail wagging when I do that. However, when My Female Becca puts her nose up to his, he kisses her willingly.
