Your dogs symptoms sounds just like my dogs. The much bloated stomach and the awful smelling diarhea and listlessness. I thought surely she was not going to make it. I believe the B-12 shot is for energy. Polly Girl finally made the turn around. It takes about three weeks for things to get better. I have been told that she will have relapses. I did not have the endoscopy or surgery for her. She was so sick, putting her to sleep for a procedure would have killed her. How old is your dog? I am so sorry for you. I really do know what you're going through.
