You seem to be assuming that a bigger yorkie is overweight.

My ZoE was predicted to be 6lbs (my last yorkie was exactly 5lbs) so I thought ok..about the same. Well ZoE is a few ounces shy of 10lbs. She's not fat....she's just big. She's taller, longer, bigger, but not chubby at all. Her brother looks exactly like her, but literally half her size. No idea why she grew so much....but then I've no idea why my son is a whole foot taller than me either (and half a foot taller than his dad). Maybe is something in the water ???
