I am so happy you "get it"...I guess we all have to remember that every part of this country is different, different strokes for different folks...as they say! In your area it is acceptable to tie a dog outside a restaurant...it is not here...so I understand why you assumed it was ok (a little)....I'm glad we were all able to help...I am especially glad that you came back and are staying!
