It's really an odd situation to watch. On so many levels, Rihanna comes off as so strong and powerful...but then she goes back to a man who beat the crap out of her. I can't imagine going back myself; I can only imagine that there is some kind of obsession / co-dependent thing going on btwn them.
I will say though, despite saying it being unpopular, that I do believe people *can* make extraordinary changes - so my hope is that Chris Brown has made them. Unforch, I'm not so convinced from the outside, at all, given all his publicly known rough ups w/ various people.
As for Rihanna being a role model - I don't think she's ever been interested in being one (even though she IS one, by default of being a celebrity).
