My dog and I survived an attempted theft and I cannot describe the anguish I went through thinking about what might have happened to her life if it had been successful. There is no way i can tell you how fast the situation came down. There was very little reaction time.
Additionally, you baby has health problems - someone could have come by and fed her something or dropped something in the bed that would have been very bad or dangerous.
We have also experienced predator (hawk) attack that was again very quick and frightening. These little ones have to be protected as they are vulnerable in so many ways.
I think you care because of all the great things that you have done for this dog. Keep it up - you will enjoy the Yorkie love coming your way!
