Thanks, Carmen, I wondered if they were better in some way. I'll have to check out the international aspect just in case, I guess. I don't pay for the yearly insurance either but that won't affect HA contacting me if he's scanned when lost. I want to be sure he's with the company that will really try to find me and hope his HA chip will scan on any scanner! Wish we had some data or something to go by other than the various chip company claims!
