I've been with Home Again since 2008 and just check the online info occasionally to be sure it is all still there, especially after Hurricane Sandy. I had to redo some of Tibbe's info. But I just paid the fee for the extra stuff for a year or two after the first year but all his info and the contact info are with Home Again to use should he get lost and scanned.
