My 1st thought is what does your vet think?
Curious too if Milo is full Yorkie or could he have a mix that would alter how his facial hair "came in" as an adult?
Of course, puppy hair is fluffier so that may just be the answer. I'd double check with my vet to be sure there's no underlying medical issues then I'd just love him! He's adorable
