I hope someone has some answers... I always alert up when I read threads about hair loss because I worry about blue borns (which obviously Milo isn't). I'm sure there is an explanation!! He looks to me like he does have some allergies.... From his eyes... Bevos eyes get "red" when his allergies get bad... Maybe Milo does too and this is affecting his hair?? I don't know but I hope you get some answers!! Hugs!
