Behavioral issues can be resolved with the help of a good vet and/or trainer, and a commitment to intensive training.

An un-neutered male, as mentioned above, can develop testicular cancer, run away in search of a female's scent, or injure/maim himself in the attempt. If by chance he does manage to hook up with a female, he could become even more aggressive. Worst case scenario, he could die from any or a combination of the above.
