Is he a near perfect specimen of the breed ? Are his parents show dogs ? Has he been genetically tested for any congenital defects that he could pass on to his pups ?if the answer to these questions is no then you need to neuter him & forget about breeding him. I am NOT a breeder BUT have had a YT with a congenital defect & can tell you that it was not fun for my dog or myself. Keep in mind that just because your dog appears to be fine & healthy on the outside, does not mean he is on the inside.
