The feelings you are having are completely normal but I believe you did the rite thing for her. Most likely even with surgery, she would not have survived & suffered terribly. Love is hard sometimes & even harder to do what you KNOW is rite. This only shows how much you truly loved her. I will Pray that you can find peace soon.
She trusted you & you did rite by her in ending her pain & terrible suffering.
