My plow guy, a gem of a guy who can't do very much due to inability, but is good at plowing, basic landscaping instead of the full expensive landscaping service, etc., one day I called him to help move a piece of furniture, now he moves furniture for lots of folks on weekends for estate sales, and word of mouth...he also removes old appliances and scraps them etc....
If your good word of mouth will do wonders...it all depends on what you can do.
