Hmmm it was like in the middle of hard and soft, wasn't really hard, but it wasn't soft. When I poked at it and tried to move it around, it didn't move- it stayed in the same place. It was really strange, kind of just came out of nowhere- When the bump was there, the Vet wanted to do surgery- he basically told me if it’s a tumor I will remove it and biopsy it and if it’s a hernia I will repair it. I was saving up for the surgery and then it just disappeared. When I took him in for his re-check the Vet was feeling around and pressing down, he said that he couldn't feel anything that would lead him to believe it was a hernia- he said everything “feels” normal in his belly/ abdomen area. So it is a mystery- I just hope it doesn't come back!
