Default Unbelivable....

Its been a weird day....
This morning i drove to the vet, to give him a shot for the nausea. Hoping he would eat. Returned to the vet for the second shot about 6 hours later, and they told me they got the result of the acid blood test. And it was negative, result 5 after eating... But they did see it in ultrasound...?? Two shunts in fact...

So when i got home i called a surgery in oslo, the only vet clinic that operate liver shunts. Hesays that when ALAT and ALKP is normal and the acid test is normal he dont think that the dog got a shunt. Phew!

But then many questions raises in my head...
What did they see in the ultrasound? A larger heart, shunts and fluid in the lungs?? The dog is much better today. he is on his second day of lactulose, flagyl and nausea killers.

I'M GONNA CALL THE VET TOMORROW TO GET SOME ANSWERS, I DONT WANNA PLAY THIS GAME ANYMORE! Sorry for yelling, im sick and tired.

Well, so now we are back to the beginning, not knowing whats wrong with the dog. The surgeon told me that he would recomend 2-3 weeks of medication and then take him of his meds and see how he is doing. And a new blood test after some time.
