YAY! The counters are in!!! These pics probably do not do it justice, hubby sent them to me, but I have not seen it yet since I'm at work until 5. I cannot wait to go home and see it though!!!!
We are trying to decide between the 2 back splashes, that is the last major piece of the renovations. They are essentially the same look, but one it lighter and one is darker. Hubby likes the lighter one, but I'm afraid of a washout and nothing tying the floor into the room (with the black squares) so I like the darker one. I think it will make more of a statement and keep the kitchen from being drowned out.
Anyways, so far, what do you all think? Cabinets are done, floor is done, lights are done, counters are in... just need to change over the electrical outlets to white, paint the heaters white, do some random odd things and the back splash.
