LOL! Well, "Hello and Welcome to YT!" so now it's formal and official! =D
I'm Amanda, I'm a SAHM of 3 daughters (3, 5, and 7) and two dogs- both male- an 8 year old German Shorthair Pointer named Buddy and my 8 month old Yorkie pup named Blazer.
My hobbies? Well, I'm fairly obsessed with Renaissance Festivals and so my hobbies include sewing new garb for that. I used to play clarinet way back in the day, but quit after my Sophomore year of high school. I sing and I act, well, used to, I haven't been in a play since college. =(
I'm probably going to end up going back to school and getting another degree so that I can have a "career" when all of my girls are in school full time, but I have NO idea what I want to do. The things that I am interested in I can't do much for money or job security/retirement or have bad hours, all of which are huge to DH. I'd love to be a Doula, though. Birth is awesome and I love to be support for the mother so that she can have the best possible experience. I'd also like to be a massage therapist and idealy I'd be able to combine those two loves. But alas, that is not to be so I shall continue to look for something to do for a career.
