I couldn't agree more with this statement.
I volunteer at an animal shelter and I've seen the horrors of pet over population. I've come home from the shelter MANY time and just sat on the floor in my bedroom and cried my eyes out because of poor innocent dogs being euthanized. It breaks my heart, it truly does.
