It could have been a fit (seizure). In very young pups it could be from a genetic/congenital problem or hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) or a few other issues. That's why it's important to see a vet.... you need someone that can examine her to determine the possible cause and recommend a treatment... we, here, can only guess at what may be going on. Keeping you both in my prayers for good results from the vet....
