Contact your "breeder" immediately.
Take this enfant to the vet immediately.
This is NOT normal and may be why your "breeder" kicked this baby to the curb at such a young age....before it cost HER anything in vet bills.
The mortality rate for puppies that, at a VERY young age, are placed with inexperienced owners, is very high, especially if they start out with medical issues.
