Thanks for your inputs! I got the link from a Maltese forum & there are many who uses the contact Lens solution w/boric axcid.
I'm sure they're very careful & only apply it on the tear stain & not get it in the dog's eyes...but the neg risks are too high!
I'll just continue snipping & cleaning their eyes 2-3 x's a day. Turbo & Princess has almost grown out their short cut & Princess can have a top knot again! Turbo has grown out his nose hairs & they don't poke him in the eye anymore.
