Is this new behavior? Make sure he pees right before bed and you may need to get up in the middle of the night and take him out or to his litter box until he knows he can get up himself in the night to use it. I would also put him on his litter box the second you wake up. Watch to make sure he isnt drinking a bunch of water immediately before bed. If he is peeing more than usual, have the vet check him for a urinary tract infection. I'm sure there are more experienced people than me out there, but that is what I have to offer. Hope it helps.
