Thanks for your concern but as I stated earlier, Sophie had to be adopted into another mommy's litter as her own mommy was a biter. All her step-siblings have been adopted out as they were all two weeks older than her, and the adoptive mom doesn't want anything to do with her. She's had it with nursing pups at this point. All these things together tell me that she would be better off with me than at her current location. I think I am doing the right thing. I am home all day, I can give her whatever the vet says she needs and she can begin bonding with my DH and I. It all just makes more sense to me to do it this way vice waiting till 12 weeks but thank you for your concern.
