Congratulating yourself for being frugal for a couple weeks so you could purchase a few "splurge" items for yourself and your furbabies, when you just realize that your tooth has broken in half!
Luckily, I was able to get in to see the dentist right after it happened, but it was as I expected--it has to be crowned. There goes the "extra" bucks, plus quite a few more on top. Thank God we have dental insurance, but since it is the first of the year, none of my deductibles have been met yet. And of course, the boys are due for their Trifexis, and nail trim and anal session at the Vet, so now the splurge is definitely on hold. The biggest bummer is I was planning to donate to YT and even that must wait a little while longer!
