One of mine died after 9 months... but it could have been hard water. My other one has been working for 7 years. It stopped working last week and I called Keurig. I used a paper clip and cleaned out the needle (there are 3 holes in it) and it worked again! Guess it was just clogged up. Try cleaning out the needle, stick a paper clip into the 3 holes in it and kind of swish it around and see if it works after that.
