Aww you poor baby. Did your vet do a skin scrape and culture? That may be your next step or a dermatologist. The smell makes me wonder if there is more than just dry skin going on. Maybe staff infection or yeast?? You can alwasy get a second opinion from another vet. Good luck and WELCOME to YT.
