I have used the all the Yorkie Splash and Shine products for about a year now. I have not noticed the spray detangler causing any problems. It is not extra conditioning though. A dog that mats easily may need something more conditioning. For Gracie it has worked well as she is silky coated and does not tangle easily.
After the first wash I never really had a waxy feel on her fur but I bathe her weekly. Not sure if that makes a difference.
