And BTW, I did tell the OP that I understand what her intent was. Not sure why she or anyone else needs to defend it. The bottom line is that we need to always TRY to be sensitive to people and I really DO have a problem with broad generalizations.
Just now seeing this response. I have been stereotyped all my life and as such have learned to grow a thick skin, so no, this wouldn't bother me. I would have to read the entire sentence to know what the person was talking about, before I let a title bother me.
You are right in one being careful about generalizations Linda, just me personally, I read line by line and take it in the context in which it was written.
