Tibbe has a small one on his right foreleg that I didn't notice until he was 3 1/2 or maybe 4 years old, it is tiny and the nail doesn't really seem to grow though every month or so I use the Pedipaws on it. The vet said just leave it be unless it caused him a lot of trouble but it is so tiny and his leg hair thick so it's pretty well protected.
