I'm glad you got Emma in so quickly and they're testing her. Hopefully it was just low blood sugar. If it ends up being liver shunt there is a holistic vet, Dr. Becker from my area who has made a You Tube video (I'm pushing You Tube today LOL!) about liver shunt. She talks about the surgery and alternatives to surgery.
